ABOUT BC COLLABORATIVE ROSTER SOCIETY
The BC Collaborative Roster Society provides an opportunity for the public to access information about Collaborative Practice, as well as a province-wide roster of professionals who are trained, experienced, and committed to excellence in Collaborative Practice. All Collaborative Practice cases MUST have a signed Participation Agreement.
The members of the BC Collaborative Roster Society have each met the requirements for membership, which include both training and experience in Collaborative Practice, and have also committed to annual continuing education and continuing work in the field of Collaborative Practice.
The Pro Bono Project is a voluntary and confidential program for parties going through separation and/or divorce who do not have lawyers and who are willing to meet and negotiate using the principles of Collaborative Practice but are unable to afford the Collaborative team for their case.
